Problem

Crowd gelato were facing a problem in their digital presence, brand awareness and in this tough competition it was difficult for consumers to understand the difference between ice cream and gelato. Since the gelato is different from the ordinary, the brand needed a strong positioning and an engaging launch strategy along with a comprehensive marketing plan to establish the brand in the local market.

Solution

We provided the brand with a comprehensive marketing plan. The suggested launch strategy was also a crusade against normal to present the brand as extraordinary. We conducted in-store/product photoshoots, organized an influencer meet, and ran campaigns and paid ads across all digital platforms while complementing the same with strategic social media promotion. We made people understand about the difference between ice cream and gelato, and introduced a story line about the Italy originated finest dessert: Gelato.
